May / June Hot Lunch Forms are due by April 26
Hot Lunch Forms
Hot Lunch costs $2.50 per lunch and includes: entree, vegetable, fruit, white milk
and dessert. Hot lunch must be pre-ordered using the monthly hot lunch form.
A glass of milk costs $0.25 and is available in white or chocolate. Milk must be pre-ordered on the monthly hot lunch form.
Extra Entree: A double serving of each entree may be ordered on the hot lunch form for an additional $1 per lunch.
Pizza Fridays: On Fridays, pizza will be served along with fruit, vegetable and white milk. Students will have the choice of cheese or pepperoni pizza. If your student would like to order 2 slices of pizza, an additional $1 will be charged. Pizza lunches must also be pre-ordered on the monthly hot lunch form.
All hot lunch forms turned in after the due date are subject to a $5 late fee per student.
